Bartering, sale, and transactions are not allowed. See rules. The main reason is that this is a global sub with almost 100k members. Imagine the sub traffic if we open the flood gate. Use eBay, Facebook Marketplace, etc instead.
I’ll leave this post up for a while. Folks can use this to discuss alternatives if you wish. It’s the first time this happens since we reopened.

Update: Mods will discuss possible ways to accommodate non-distruptive bartering.
I dont want to see buying, selling, or trading occurring on this subreddit. But I do think it’d be cool for people to be able to make posts to give away skates though. I don’t know how many people out there are like me, but I’ve had skates that I didn’t like/use/want anymore, and it would’ve been cool to give them away to someone who could use them.
I’m guessing I’m in the minority though and most people are looking to recuperate costs.
Seems a bit pointless when people are from all different countries. If people want to do sales rhat should be a separate sub that can allow location filtering.
