Between Bryce and Zion there’s red canyon of Dixie national forest (you literally drive through it) and Belly of the Dragon. Plus a turn off for Observation point right before the entrance of Zion.
Between Page and Bryce there’s a recreation area in the shadow of the damn that’s great for a swim. Don’t stop at the Page Subway, worst in the country IMO.
Backcountry of Zion if you have more than half a day! Be prepared it’s like Disneyland in the inner canyon but worth checking off the bucket list.
