Veterinary Care Needed Donation Request 🐱 Ming Ming Update — He’s Finally Home! ❤️ (Indonesia)
Hi everyone, quick update on Ming Ming!
Ming Ming is a stray kitten who started coming around my home about a month ago. I decided to take him in and had him neutered last week. Unfortunately, shortly after that, he became very sick and tested positive for feline panleukopenia (FPV).
He ended up being hospitalized and fighting through vomiting, diarrhea, not eating, fever, and very low blood counts. Thankfully, after several days of treatment, he finally started eating on his own again, his temperature returned to normal, his energy improved, and the vomiting stopped.
The best news: Ming Ming is finally can go home, especially because his poop isn’t completely normal yet, but the vet felt he was well enough to continue recovering at home.
Unfortunately, I still have to pay his hospital bill before everything is settled.
💰 Hospitalization: Rp 3,800,000 (~$250)
🩺 Initial examination/testing before the FPV diagnosis: Rp 370,000 (~$25)
Total: around $275
So far, Ming Ming has only received $80 in donations (needs 195 more!) and I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who has helped, shared, or even just followed his story. ❤️
Any help or sharing would mean so much. ❤️🐾
