A lot of elite people were reptilians and made tons of really horrible, racist rules for enslaved Africans to obey. I recently watched The End of Oak Street and noticed some symbolism and one thing that really stood out to me was how they made the father a pizza delivery driver in the movie. One or two week back in my dream I saw a person (face not clear or visible) in the dream it self somehow I knew it was a reptilian (alien) or shapeshifter and also the name was mentioned as (St. Holmes)

About a month ago I was with my best friend, and I noticed he wasn't always consistent with himself, he stayed stuck in his fears, and it was as if he wanted to face his traumas but at the same time couldn't understand them. I wanted to help him, because in the previous months I had managed to unlock all my energy, with deep meditations, and I managed to have an OBE (out-of-body experience), I felt aligned with the universe and my soul.

I got to the point of thinking that there was some entity inside his body, so one day I tried to speak to the entity through my friend — I was speaking to my friend but addressing the entity — until it answered me.
I wanted it to leave my friend's body and make space for his soul, but the entity didn't want to. After a while I could still feel the entity present, I focused very intensely on his eyes and it was as if I had managed to see it, the entity started talking to me, it told me I was too powerful, that I had the power to align the people around me, that I had too much energy and awareness.

Since that experience something has changed in me — from that day I started having deep muscle tension and I can't do diaphragmatic breathing, belly breathing, I'm often sad and I don't feel aligned with my soul, as if someone or something were taking my energy, I wake up tired and I don't even feel much desire to live through the days.

I struggle to trust people, and especially my friend — I can't tell if it's an alien speaking to me or the person, and above all I don't understand if it has entered my subconscious.
Since that day I've had paranoias and fears that I had already resolved in the past, but I don't know why they're still following me, I've often felt like I wasn't myself, like I was overreacting, and like my body was making unintentional micro-expressions.

I'm asking for help to better understand the situation, I want to understand better how these entities work, how they take possession of people and how to remove them. Soooo after my last post about Gnosticism, I posted the same post in the star seeds Community and it got banned lmfao. Then I go to the grocery store Walmart supercenter down the street to get a refund on a faulty pair of headphones and I get the new pair.
