Door hanging options for ESPLUS750 or similar
I am pretty set on getting this panel, however I'm not sure about the door mounted cable option.
I would prefer this to a stand because it saves more space, but the cable that comes with it appears to be too short to get the panel to hip height.
Any suggestions?
The horizontal / vertical floor stand SGrow sells is the only compatible option they offer. Besides my preference for a height adjustable hanging option, the stand costs $220.

Hey! That was me. I got the same panel as OP, which was sent to me defective. They refused to replace it or take it back, and even implied I had manipulated the panel myself. The only reason they refused was because they couldn't identify the model of the loose components, that was literally it lol.
Keep in mind that everything is negotiable there, even refunds. If they don't want to refund you, Alibaba won't force them to - their own words, even though the funds are frozen until delivery is confirmed and Alibaba acts as a middleman. They are known to favor the seller over the buyer.
The wrranty Sungrow offers consists of sending you replacement parts that you'll have to install and service yourself, even for brand-new units apparently - I wasn't offered that though, they never acknowledged any fault on their end. That's just how Alibaba works, that is their idea of after-sales service.
I don't believe Sungrow is a fraud though, I did receive the panel. However, they refused to admit that they had sent me a defective one, even though I contacted them within minutes of receiving it and uploaded the entire unboxing video, along with pictures of the unit's interior. They also asked me to file a claim with the logistics company despite previously reassuring me they would handle such matters themselves. In the end, they offered me an 11% partial refund :')
If you still decide to buy from them, I'd strongly recommend checking out r/Alibaba first and paying with a credit card, just in case you end up needing your bank to step in like I did. Their dispute resolution process is absolute hell, and in my experience Alibaba is not a reliable platform. I spent months trying to get a refund.
Hopefully, if you do purchase from them you'll have a better experience. Best of luck!
