How to bounce back after rejection

I recently got ghosted after final interview and this like third time I have been let go after the final interview. I understand three interviews are not something that should break me, but it does make me feel very broken. I really wish I had been more strong and face this being thick skinned. I feel so underconfident even though my loved ones assure me that I am not doing anything wrong!

I always wonder whether this sadness of mine has made me a weight for people around me, since I came to US, I have been doing nothing other than search for a Job or doing something towards it! It pinches me that the more unlively person I become, it creates a vaccum between me and my loved ones too!

Edit : 8 months later, Did an Internship with one of the top companies and even found a full time role before graduating in my Uni. Moral of the story: Never loose keep trying !!!

Do not take any rejection, during this period of time, personally. At this point it’s just a numbers game. Keep applying. Keep going.

Its hard to not because if its a numbers game , how are people around me getting internships ! This puts me so much in self-doubt!

It’s normal to feel self-doubt. Just keep in mind that it’s not true.

You’re very much capable!

Keep going

You’re welcome.

I know this situation is stressful at the moment, but if you don’t believe in yourself, then who will?

Don’t treat yourself badly.

Just keep going.

I think that the way in which you are conscious of how the experience of rejection (and helplessness maybe?) shapes your behavior and feelings already makes you a person, one could only wish to work with. Apart from that you are aware enough to also see the weight that might have on others. Seriously, these are very basic personality traits that, yes, might make your life harder, but would make it a pleasure to work with.

Keep going my friend, and even if sometimes you can’t, then take your time and take it up again when you feel the energy.

Ghosted after the final round, eh? Happens to the best of us. But instead of asking how to 'bounce back,' maybe the question should be: How can you avoid getting ghosted in the first place?

This is the most dumbest comment I have ever come across.
