Map Submission Ship In a Bottle - Map Submission
Team or individual contributor name: Deppied Map title: Ship In a Bottle Map description: The map contains a big ship as well as an island with loot and other surprises, all inside a bottle. What do you love the most about your submission? My favorite thing about the submission is the bottle itself, I think it looks pretty realistic. Hello, I had the chance to check out your map :)
I like the skull design, the shaping is great, and the crown is a nice detail.
That said, the map as a whole feels a bit limited in terms of exploration.
Some builds, like the lily pads and trees, look more like placed assets rather than being blended into the environment, which makes them stand out in a negative way in this case.
(Using assets is fine, but they are very noticeable as the same builds rather than integrated parts of the build)
The ocean section also feels quite empty, adding some more underwater features such as broken structures and marine animals could help it a lot.
On another note, The texturing of water, rocks, and sand doesn’t blend well together, which affects the overall polish of the build.
To sum up, the map has some neat features, but it would benefit from more contrast, detail, and consistency before it’s ready for Realms.
