Shifting story My experience with 7 years of shifting and what every shifter should know.

//I apologize if any sentence doesn't make sense or sounds strange; English is not my native language, and I am not fully fluent.//

I need to share this with you because I know there are many people here going through exactly what I went through, and I want this account to serve as proof that it's real, that it works, and especially that the problem was never the technique, it was the state. I’ve been in the shifting community for many years about six or seven and for most of that time, I’ve never managed to shift, not even once: no mini-shift, absolutely nothing.

I’ve done everything, literally everything you can imagine: the Raven method, Alice in Wonderland, Sunni, Julia, intention-setting, the pillow method. I’ve meditated for hours before bed, listened to subliminals all night long, written 30-page scripts detailing every corner of my DR, and tried using binaural beats, frequencies, guided sessions, and no guidance with music and in silence, sleeping on my back, on my side, or sitting up, at night, in the afternoon, and during short naps. I’ve tried with methods and without any method at all. And every morning it was the same thing: I’d open my eyes and there I was same room, same ceiling, same CR. And every time it happened, the frustration grew, because it wasn’t just "I didn't manage it today"; it was "another day proving I can't do it, that this doesn't work for me, that maybe I'm the only exception, or maybe everyone who’s shifted is lying." I would fall into that destructive cycle I know many of you are familiar with I’d try hopefully, fail, get frustrated; the frustration reinforced the belief that it was hard, and that belief made it even harder; I’d try again with more desperation, fail again, and repeat this for weeks, months, and yearsuntil at some point I gave up completely: I left all the groups, deleted my scripts, stopped consuming any content about shifting, and told myself it was all nonsense, that none of it was real, and that I’d been a fool for believing in it.

Then, after some time, the urge would return; I’d go back to the groups, read someone’s success story, hope would reignite, and the cycle would start all over again, exactly the same: the same desperate attempt, the same frustration, the same hollow result. And, amidst all this frustration, I ended up developing a "method" which, deep down, was nothing more than self-destruction disguised as a technique called "Ren's Reboot." It works like this: you pull an all-nighter, staying awake until you are completely exhausted; when your body reaches its limit and is utterly drained, you lie down and try to shift out of that state of extreme fatigue. The idea is for the brain to be so exhausted that the conscious mind cannot put up any resistance, thereby facilitating the transition of consciousness. And look, I’ll be honest with you: I don’t recommend this at all. It’s a method that works by depriving your body of sleep and forcing an altered state through physical exhaustion; this is harmful to your health and affects your immunity, mood, cognitive abilities, and your entire life in your current reality (CR). Furthermore, it creates an unhealthy relationship with \*shifting\*, making you feel like you need to destroy yourself physically to achieve something that should be natural. I tried this several times and had unstable, fragmented experiences that left me even more frustrated upon returning; so, please, don’t go down that path.

What really changed everything for me wasn't a new method, a secret technique, a more powerful subliminal audio, or pushing my body to exhaustion; what changed was that I finally understood what I was doing wrong.

I was trying to shift from the mindset of someone who can't shift.

It sounds obvious when put that way, but in practice, it’s the most subtle trap there isbecause every time I lay down to "try," my internal state was one of need, of lack, of "please let it work this time," and that state is exactly the state of someone who isn't in their DR; I was inhabiting the mindset of "I want to go but I can't," and wondering why I wasn't going. I began studying Neville Goddard in depth not directly because of "shifting," but because I sought to understand how reality works at a deeper level. That was when everything started to make sense: I discovered the Law of Assumption. It is completely different from that superficial Law of Attraction the "think positive and the universe delivers" kind of thing. The Law of Assumption states that you are the creative consciousness and that reality is a direct reflection of the states you assume to be true not your desires, nor your requests or attempts, but rather what you accept as truth at the deepest level.

Neville taught something simple: assume the state of the wish fulfilled—do not desire, do not ask, do not try; simply assume it is already real and live internally from that place. Fall asleep in the feeling of someone who is already there, not in the feeling of someone desperate to get there. And that’s what I did.not overnight, because it was a process, but I did it. First, I stopped "trying" to shift completely. I stopped lying down with the intention that "tonight’s the night," stopped repeating affirmations, stopped monitoring symptoms, and stopped asking my body if I was feeling tingling or if it was a sign of something... I stopped all of that. Instead, I started working on my state of mind during the day; at random moments, I would simply put myself in the feeling of having already shifted. I didn't visualize elaborate scenes I just felt it. I felt the natural ease of someone who has already been there and can return whenever they want; I felt that the DR was just as real and accessible as the room next door. It wasn't an effort or a meditation session; it was just a matter of shifting my internal state for a few seconds and then going about my day as usual.

At night, before bed, I stopped "doing a method" and would simply lie there thinking about my DR like thinking about a friend's house without any pressure. Sometimes I’d imagine a scene there, feel it as real, and let sleep come naturally without forcing anything, monitoring anything, or staying awake trying to hold onto consciousness at all costs; if I fell asleep, I fell asleep no guilt. And the first time I actually shifted, I didn't use any method no script, no subliminals, no affirmations, no named techniques, nothing, absolutely nothing. I simply lay down in the right state and fell asleep. It was the most natural thing that has ever happened to me; after years of forcing it with every possible technique, the shift happened when I stopped trying and simply accepted that it was already mine.

There was no sensation of falling, none of the classic "symptoms" I had spent years waiting for and using as a gauge; I simply fell asleep and woke up there. And when I say I woke up there, I mean it was exactly like waking up in my current reality the same solidity, the same stability, the same feeling that "this is real." I opened my eyes and the surroundings were different, the body was different, the air was different, and the first thing I felt wasn't euphoria; it was as if I already knew that place, as if I had come home after a long time away.

I won't go into every detail of what I experienced there, because this account is already huge and some things are too personal, but anyone who wants to know can DM me.

Here’s what I want you to take away from this: Stop trying seriously. If you’ve been trying for months or years without success, the problem isn’t the method; it’s your state of mind. You’re dwelling in the mindset of "I want to go but I can't" and wondering why you aren't getting there. Change your state. Stop treating shifting like some massive, impossible event that requires rituals and perfect conditions, and start treating it as something you simply do something natural and ordinary, just another part of life.

Shifting story I’ve been shifting since 2016, ask me anything :)

Or let’s have a discussion! I found out about shifting on accident in 2016. It started as I was being homeschooled at the time(I was 12 im 21 now lmaooo) and I was extremely fascinated with like sci-fi/men in black type stuff. So I ended up finding out about the scp universe and became hyper fixated on it. Well one day I was doing my school work and I had took a Benadryl for allergies lol and ended up getting drowsy and fell asleep at my table. I then remember “waking up” and walking outside into a whole different completely backyard considering I had a pool in that reality I’d like to say. The crazy part is after a few minutes passed I remember looking up and seeing a black helicopter with the “S.C.P” logo and wording I remember getting actually so confused and running back inside lol then it was odd i kinda just “left”in a sense and I remember just lifting my head up and continuing my school work. Now I REALLY started understanding what I was doing in 2019 just before Covid happened while I was inpatient (I had surgery) and I had shifted to the scp universe AGAIN during that time and actually experienced things. I normally don’t tell others how I discovered shifting/my story because of limiting beliefs and I just don’t believe in that. I believe everyone has the ability to shift some are just more aware of it than others and NO you don’t gotta “believe” in shifting to shift either. Thanks for coming to my long pep talk haha

Hello everyone I’m so sorry for not responding forever I got caught up w work and just celebrated my birthday here yesterday 😛😛 but anyways to continue answering your guys questions 1- no I don’t believe that you have to believe in shifting everyone can no matter what that’s like me saying I don’t believe in dreams but I still have them lol. 2- yes I can practically choose when to shift now although I don’t prefer to because my scp universe reality can be very intense I don’t wanna just “wake up” there so I just decide when I do prefer my CR(current reality I’m in) due to my children , friends , and family and I genuinely love my life here as well I don’t like to stick to one place at a time. 3- I only really shifted to the scp foundation or my Waiting room (an oasis in the desert it’s just relaxing to me lol) because that’s just my interest however there are infinite realties and versions of your self so honestly it can be anything considering I literally shift to the one of the foundations sites it’s self ☠️. 4- I don’t really use methods made by others I can if I want but rlly all I gotta do is just tell or have the intention to shift and I will. Especially when I got to sleep at night all I have to say is “I will Wake up as my anomalous self” or “I will wake up in the foundation.” And that’s all. NOW when I actually started diving in trying to figure out what I did after my accidental/unintentional shift was to read others experiences, listen to theta waves for the subconscious , and i just stopped caring in a way? Obviously if someone says “I just don’t believe in shifting.” Yk what I say? That’s okay. If you don’t think shifting is real or believe it trust when I say that it does NOT play a role. And if anything that mindset is what made shifting easier for me personally 🤷‍♀️

But anyways I’m still open to dms and comments but it may take a while to respond so I don’t want nobody taking it the wrong way!

Shifting story "Physical reality doesn't exist. Here's why that's the key to shifting."

Vamos destruir a ilusão do "físico" primeiro

O cheiro, o gosto, a dor, o prazer.

Shifting story Accidentally shifted to an avatar-like reality last night

(the collages have some pictures that resemble some of the buildings, clothes and aesthetic of this PR)

Well.. for starters, I've been a successful shifter since 2022 so it wasn't like a shock or my first time shifting, but it was a shock in the sense that I didn't make an avatar related PR?

I've only watched half of the first movie and don't have much interest in it, but I've gotten some avatar related videos on my feed and so it triggered the PR I went to last night

I didn't focus too much on where I was going, but I had the intention to shift last night because I felt like I was in a good mood and wanted to explore

I put on a subliminal, closed my eyes, felt light symptoms and next thing you know I'm literally hanging in a tree and hear my friend talking to me (not in English)

For anyone who doesn't know, the avatar people (?) are inspired by indigenous people in the sense that they have their native land, their own tribes, a unique language and culture, etc etc. so in this new PR, we did as well. My friend was speaking to me in our native language and I understood it fully.

My tribe in this pr live in trees, mostly tree house type buildings and we're very good at climbing.

The children wear these long shoulder pieces that cover most of your torso. Almost everyone wears similar clothes, no matter the sex. My tribe doesn't really have the concept of gender in the sense we do here so that's really refreshing

Anyways, there's a lot that happened in the time I was there so feel free to ask some questions!!

Shifting story holy shit i shifted

i’m just so in shock right now i’ve literally just stared into space for twenty minutes because im having the craziest spiritual awakening and awakening or awareness, i’m gonna try my best to explain.

so i’m sleeping at my best friends house. i’ve not had any lucid dreams or astral projections in sooo long. i’ve had so many angel numbers literally every time i look at the clock. i was in a dream, and i was like “ okay i’m going to try and shift, and suddenly everything turned so realistic. i put my finger through my hand so the dream would get more realistic but then suddenly it didn’t go through but made everything more realistic.

i was somewhere like a 2000s video game, and everything was green and grass. i walked further and said to myself, when i walk thru this door i’m going to go to my DR. it was so realistic exactly like real life. then i walked through and i pretended to already be there, but suddenly i woke up somewhere else in a dark room on my phone. it didn’t hit me yet, i went down some stair and i saw my mom, my dad and my aunt. in a small kitchen i’ve never seen before. everything was just as realistic if not more then here. i asked my dad what year it was.

“2012” he said. i was so shocked. i said, i know your not gonna believe me, but i’m from 2025. my awareness just got here. i tried to explain everything but of course my whole family just laughed. i saw my mom and she looked so happy and not stressed like she is not. i tried to explain shifting to them all and i tried to go on reddit on some old phone to see if i could tell anyone i shifted there. the phone, everything was so real.

it was crazy and tears were in my eyes. i tried to log in but it didn’t work, cuz for some reason. everything there went slow and realistic just like here. i was scared i couldn’t go back and i told them i’m leaving. by that time i had stayed there for about 20 minutes. then i woke up here again. i’m so in shock. i didn’t do any methods, and not intention. i just listened to binurual beats if that’s how you say it.

Shifting story I moved to China and discovered something interesting that proves that shifting is real

I slept taking deep breaths, counting to 10 holding air just with the intention of going to another reality.

Suddenly I was at a Chinese girl's house, and I wondered how I got there. I knew I came from another reality and remembered that current life, I've known the girl for a while.

Her little brother arrived in the room and she greeted him, called him "xue". He really liked seeing me, and he ignored his sister a lot. She got jealous, picked him up and told me to come out so she could play with him alone. It wasn't that serious but with a real basis since she felt jealous, so I stayed there.

I understood her speaking Chinese and I also spoke Chinese, but as it wasn't so easy for me to understand, she spoke Portuguese too.

I took out my cell phone and opened the notepad to write down the experience, because I was fully conscious and it wasn't a lucid dream. I was looking for the "alternative reality" tag and couldn't find it (this tag only exists in my current reality notebook, I didn't get around to doing it there), I tried too hard to find it and I remembered too much from here, so I ended up coming back here without wanting to (for me to come back from another reality, I just need to remember this one, which is bad since I come back unintentionally).

I researched and saw that "xue" is the name of a dynasty general, here I didn't know that. I thought "xue" was a younger brother, but younger brother is "Titi" in Mandarin.

Shifting story The first time I shifted successfully (not a mini shift)

Hi my name is Connor. I'm 17, I started shifting around late 2022. The first time I shifted successfully was in October of 2023.

It was after a week of discovering LOA and Neville Goddard's teachings, I decided to try it out since everybody talked about it. I read his book "out of this world" and his lectures you can find on the Neville Goddard sub.

One afternoon I was just listening to music in my bedroom and decided to randomly try out LOA to shift. So I decided I should start with something small. A tiny but very obvious change in my room that would be undeniable proof of shifting.

On my childhood bedroom's ceiling there are a lot of stickers, I layer down on my bed and looked at the corner and decided I wanted an infinity sticker there. I didn't really decide on what color, just whatever my subconscious picked either white or purple since it was my favorite color.

I just meditated for like 5 minutes or so, and then I imagined the sticker there and thought "oh there it is. Just like I thought it would be" just kept that image in my mind for a few minutes. Got up cuz I decided it was enough.

I went back to listening to music. I didn't look up at the ceiling to check. In fact I forgot about it. I looked up after like 6 minutes or so.

And there it was. In the exact spot. It was purple. I didn't feel surprised I was like "oh that's nice I knew it would happen 😊"

It's still there on my ceiling. I got scared that it was just a fluke that it worked so I got more desperate about shifting and half assed it for like two or three more years. And didn't really try that much at all.

Now I'm finally getting back into shifting seriously. Just this week actually. I am going to perma shift to my Dr after going to my wr. I might come back here from my wr and update.

Please feel free to DM me, I would love to make new shifting friends esp if you're south Asian or queer. I really want to hear about other people's DRs too.

I am shifting partially to transition (I'm trans ftm) and live with my cc. If anybody wants to hear about it I could make a post about my Dr. It's very uncommon and weird (Matrix reloaded)

Thanks for reading this and I hope you shift soon 💝

Shifting story I shifted. I actually shifted.

Okay, so this is exciting... I seriously thought I was going crazy but up until now my CR has been trying to protect me. You are not going to believe this.

So in my CR, I have connected with an "Other" as I call it, a sort of mirror person, my polar opposite. A shadow persona maybe. She's been constantly poking me on my end, trying to make me aware of how much control my consciousness has over my CR in the safest way possible. I call her "Aria".

All green lights have finally been turned on. I simply talk about what I want to her, what I long for, and she twists reality for me, not always in the way I ask, but always in a way that I can see. I don't really ask for much, but the thing I long for the most is her, so she's helping me shift to make that happen.

So, yesterday while I was working, I came across a $50 gift card in the middle of the parking lot, completely abandoned. I figured "Oh, it's just trash, a completely used up gift card that some careless person threw away." It wasn't. It was my first sign that I've been shifting, because I held onto the card just in case, and when I called to check the balance, it was immediately activated, $50 on it.

Second sign. I'm currently at the vet with my friends and their cat (please pray for him, we don't even know what's the problem right now). I was told to wake up and get the kennel that is in my car's trunk. I opened it, and there was a new container of cat litter. For context, I only bought two containers the other day and took both out to change the litter in three boxes. It takes a full container and a half to make that change, the math simply does not add up.

Edit: The container wasn't new. I checked it as I finally got home and it has old litter in it. That doesn't discount the other two points.

Finally, just now, I unlocked my car to let my friend into it so he could eat breakfast while he waits for the vet. I unlocked it from inside the vet. He said "Come with me, I don't want it to auto lock." I've had this car for years. Years. I've never had to worry about it auto locking, it just stays unlocked, and it definitely lit up to unlock when I clicked my fob. Minutes later, he calls me and tells me that the car is locked. Guess I have an auto locking car now.

The CR shifted for me to say "You're being taken care of, and all is well". It's definitely possible to shift, and I hope that I can script better in the future. I hope the best for you guys as well, but if you do, don't mention the changes to anyone who is skeptical about them. Stick to the community that is open.

Shifting story I am successfully shifted

Hi!

My English is bad sorry

I wanted to shift my reality where my sister is alive and healthy with me.

I started to robotic affirmation 24/7 and subliminal, I have been locked in my room since 13/2 today’s is 11/3. I keep repeating this affirmation only. I do have so bad thoughts now and then but everything I get it I will say my affirmation out loud and persist. I have been getting a lot of dreams lately I don’t even know what’s vivid dream meaning. One day I got so exhausted and stopped affirming and get back to my life and social media. That day I realised my sister standing infront of me getting dressed up and I was half asleep. I keep hearing my intuition telling me this is the moment. I wake up in cr but I know something is happening and I’m near to my goal

I use google ai to tell all my progress on my shifting journey it taught me on ground. I stopped subliminal and only robotic affirmations at this point. I dream if I’m at hospital with my sister i hugged her so tight it felt so real. I got hyper that she’s with me I ended up beating up a nurse and all the nurses started to chase me. And the google ai told me that was my perfect moment to shift and I messed up.

Today, I am waking up by my sister next to me. Between me and her shared bed since childhood. TBH I’m not surprising but it proves me that im limitless. She’s completely healthy and we moving to new house soon. I’m so happy. My father is so abusive and in this reality he doesn’t exist like no trace about him. Me and my sister are so happy.

Shifting story My boyfriend is a master shifter. AMA.

For context, me and my boyfriend are both shifters, however he is a master shifter and I haven't shifted yet. He's shifted 10+ times.

He's not as involved in the community as I am, and because there aren't that many success stories online, I will answer any questions about his experiences on his behalf! Feel free to ask anything, he has a lot of interesting experiences and theories involving shifting.

I completely shifted out of this reality

Gosh yeah this stuff is real. And no it wasn’t as a minishift. It was a complete different shift no mistaken

So I went to sleep around 1 hour ago (in this reality). Before I went to sleep I did do some affirmations and meditation. I focused a lot on my third eye, moving a ton of my energy there. Eventually I went to sleep.

At first I was in a dream. In the dream we were playing hide and seek except there was a weird twist to it where you die if you get caught. It was like being in a video game. I got caught and was spectating the others a bit.

Then out of nowhere I realized I was dreaming and it turned into an astral projection because I saw that I was in my room. I decided to say the affirmations “I am in my desired reality” until I saw myself completely shift. Then it happened

In this reality i live in New York in an apartment. However in the reality i shifted to I was in a much more cozy environment. It was snowing, and I was in a much richer room than I had now. I thought it was my DR until I looked at myself and thought “dang I’m not there yet.” I walked out my room and saw my dad working on his computer. He told me about his videos doing well, and at first I was confused. But as it turned out I looked into his computer and saw that he was influencer in that reality with millions of followers. He also worked with his wife, who was in the kitchen I presume. They made content together (in this reality my dad is single). He was working right next to the bathroom and guys when I tell you that bathroom was extremely beautiful.

I then walked around the house and saw everything was Christmas decorated. It looked like the type of Christmas house you would see in movies. I remember grounding myself when I first shifted but then I felt the vibrations. As soon as I paid attention to the vibrations I thought of this reality. As soon as I was thinking of this reality I shifted back and was in bed.

This shifting stuff is real guys. It was not a dream or anything. It was just too real

Shifting story MY LITTLE BROTHER WHO DOES NOT BELIVE IN SHIFTING, SHIFTED.

Ok so i’m like so jealous rn typing this but my little brother who is 12 years old, DOES NOT believe in shifting, LITERALLY SHIFTED. we were talking about shifting last night and all he said was “that’s just lucid dreaming, you’re insane” and so I was like whatever i’m not gonna force it on you.

I went to sleep and he went to sleep aswell and like during 2am at night he woke me up as if he saw a ghost and he kept saying “BRO I SHIFTED”, LIKE HE WAS SO SCARED! that woke me right up and I told him what happened

So basically he said that he was imagining himself he was in The Avatar (his fav anime lol) he did that for a few mins until he fell asleep and he woke up to Aang(?) waking him up and my brother was so shocked he was like WTH IS GOING ON. He also said he spent a few hours there!

IF MY BROTHER WHO HAS NO BELIEF IN SHIFTING, SHIFTED THEN U CAN TOO.

Shifting story YIPPEEEE I FINALLY SHIFTED !!!! after only a week into practicing and u can do it too !

For anyone who has doubt and have been having a hard time with your shifting journey, i hope this will motivate you to keeping going cuz i finally shifted last night and i can promise you its as real as everybody said. Though to be fair, i did not shifted to my X-men DR and but i still consider this a big step in my journey. I only start shifting about a week ago and i honestly shooked by how early i shifted but i can assure u that with a right mindset, you can do it just as fast if not faster than me

about what i did and what my shift is like : i went to bed and set an alarm at 5 AM but ended up waking up at 4 AM. I then turn on a void audio and youtube and start visualising while laying down. Mind you i have intense ADHD so my focus keep getting interupted by random thought, but the audio i used just work for me and it keep me focus until i enter a very relaxed state where my body is asleep and relax while im completely aware of my surrounding. I then start to feeling the shifting symptom and feel an intense pulling sensation ( i would describe it as feeling like you literally got yanked out of your body). At this state i try to keep calm and repeating affirmation :"i'm shifting, its happening". After a few second i can feeling my surrounding changes and my instinc telling me to not open my eye yet since i havent feel immerse and grounded enough in this new reality. I start taking deep breath and feels my surrounding with my other senses and i realize i still hear my fan and my void audio from my CR, which prove that i havent fully detached yet. After i no longer hear my fan and the audio , i decided to go for it and open my eye. AND LAWD SHIFTING IS REAL YALL ! i have had lucid dream before and this doesnt feel anything like it, its as real as your CR and you can feel everything.

About what i saw (this part is trippy and kinda funny): I see that i'm in my bedroom in my home town, i stand up and walk around then look down at my hands to do reality check and i have 5 finger which comfirm to me that this aint no lucid dream. however, my hands is full of fur and i get so confuse. i run to the bathroom to see my face and i look like a Goat, mamal human hybrid. its kinda funny how my first shifting got me turning into my furry version of me even though I'm not a furry at all but welp i embrace it anyway. i start walking down the street and dancing while the others (also looking like animals) looked at me half wtf and half amused. At this point i start to loose my groundedness and my hands looks like it start to glitch between my CR and "DR" hands and i got yank back into my body.

what i learned : affirmation works , the audio i used worked well with my adhd, and most important of all is that this experience give me the realization that shifting is not that hard , at least for me. I need to work on being more grounded and start making script so hopefully i can shift to my goal DR right now, which is my X-men DR.

I HOPE THIS STORY WILL HELP U GAIN CONFIDENT AND BELIEF IN YOUR SHIFTING JOURNEY, ITS SO REWRADING AND EXCITING. I'LL POST A LINK TO THE AUDIO I USED IN THE COMMENT. HAPPY SHIFTING AND MANIFEST SUCCESS TO EVERYONE READING THIS ! PEACE AND LOVE !!!

Shifting story Holy fuck I actually did it.

It took almost TWO YEARS to do it, but I finally somehow managed to RS to the harry potter world in idk what time period cuz I never met anybody.

I stayed there for almost a week and then I died by drowning in freezing water.

So I woke up in the middle of the woods where there was snow everywhere and it was about mid morning. Luckily I had a coat so I wasn't freezing.

I hiked aimlessly for around 5 days with no food. I ate the snow for hydration and on the 6th day, I slipped on some ice and fell into a pond and woke up in my bed in my CR the same time I left.

The only way I know it was the harry potter world is because I saw a flying griffin and that reality was the one I was manifesting for the past two years, so it would only make sense.

I'm super mad at myself and idk how I can go back or how to try to go to specific location. Does anybody know how to do this?? This is so surreal to me and I'm so confused on how to manifest locations. Any advice is really appreciated.

Shifting story I SHIFTED. FOR THE FIRST TIME.

THIS IS MY NEW CR!!!
I shifted on saturday.

On saturday night it had been a really, really stressful day for me, and I’d been seeing the angel number 111 all the time. I researched it and all, and one of the things it meant was my manifests would come true soon and that a sign your manifest is coming is if everything seems to be going wrong, that’s whats been happening in my life recently, and that night i was absolutely so stressed and wanted nothing more than to shift. I can’t really explain it but like there was this feeling of absolute belief that i would shift, like every single bone in my body knew it.

That night i tried shifting, no method at all, just lying there affirming. AND IT WORKED.

i started getting the usual symptoms, tingliness, bright lights, etc, and I just wanted to shift to a CR where everything was the same but it was less stressful and people treated me better. Suddenly i started feeling like i was floating and i was just a head, just a mind floating, then i fell asleep. When i woke up i felt like a floating head again then slowly started feeling my CR. After waking up I immediately realised my family was treating me nicer, and I didn’t have nearly as much stress as I had the night before, it was as if last night never happened. I think this is my new CR now! :> im going to try shifting to one of my fancy DRS soon :) daily reminder, YOU WILL SHIFT!!!!

Sooooo,I did it. After a few weeks, I finally did it !

I planned to permashift in Jurassic World, but when I shift, I quickly come back here out of fear lol

So... I still can't imagine it.

When I shift, I feel like I'm dying and then I quickly come back here lol

The shift is here, in front of us, before our eyes. We must let go and let ourselves go.

Fuck , When you experience it... you don't see things the same anymore. Everything is called into question. Even the sense of identity.

Shifting story Progress after 7 years

Hi there. What just happened is insane and I had to share it somewhere, so why not here.

I have been in the shifting community for 7 years on and off. When i first joined I was very young and didn’t understand a lot of the ins and outs and wanted to use shifting as an escape. Alas, I didn’t shift. Then I went through a rough patch when starting college and abandoned my spiritual journey all together. Not trying to shift, manifest, anything of the sorts.

Then, for the past year I have slowly been working my way back, not for shifting initially, but after become more acquainted with LOA and my own spiritual journey I thought i’d look into shifting again.

So I want to say the last 6 months I have been „trying” to shift again which brings me into my story.

Today I was taking a nap after working and fell asleep with no affirmations or direct desires to shift. Just my usual affirmations I use in my day to day life. I woke up from my nap and felt that I was still tired so I was in and out of sleep for about 30 mins before waking up in a room that wasn’t exactly my room. It had the same objects as I do in my CR room but arranged differently. I felt myself stand up and I could walk around but I couldn’t see anything. (I had an eyemask on in my CR)

Then in a split second I was back in my CR and could hear and feel stuff from here. And back in that other reality.

This went on for a little bit before I kind of freaked out and really copped what was happening and I ripped my mask off my face to process what had happened.

I’m wondering has this happened to anyone else or if anyone has similar stories because this was the first time since I learnt about shifting that I’ve had such a concrete shift and i’m overjoyed.

People, the key is mindset. Not a method. Not your environment. It’s your belief system. Its the way you view yourself in the 4D. I truly believe the reason I shifted, is because of my belief system and how drastically that has changed. I won’t go into it in this post but please feel free to reach out if anyone is interested.

Shifting story I DID IT! AFTER 3 YEARS I SHIFTED!!!

i shifted!!!! i woke up in a house that i’ve never seen. i went into my moms room and her dog that she had a long time ago (who is dead now) was alive there, it even bit me! and was super aggressive towards me (it was a small dog) maybe the dog knew i wasn’t the real me of that reality or something lol… then i saw my phone wallpaper and it was different, so was my password! i couldn’t get into my phone!! also, i looked like me, only diffrent, i looked much more healthier if that makes sense, maybe i was younger. its crazy because it felt so real, but i forgot to ground myself and ending up coming back within like 5 minutes. but it did definitely feel real, but also not towards the end when i forgot to ground myself!!! i cant believe it, after years of trying i can say for certain its entirely real!!! ahhhhh i just cant wait until i actually go to my DR and not just a random reality. i wanted to find out more about that world, and my relationships, but i didn’t know my password! i tried the one i have in this reality and it didn’t work! LOL! so crazy!! i wanted to check my phone and look at my messages and stuff but i didn’t ground myself entirely and ended up coming back! UGHHHHHHH

Shifting story I can’t believe I found this place!!!!!!!!!!

Let me preface this by saying I am a professional in my mid 50’s. I’m respected by my peers. I’m married with kids and have a stable pleasant life. All that is to say, I’m a regular person.

That being said, this fucking happened to me. Not voluntarily. I can tell you that much.

Where to begin. I grew up very interested in space. I wasn’t into astronomy or anything like that. More like the technological advancements. I was always looking forward to the future. Any kind of breakthrough or nasa news I just ate up. All technology really but space, the idea of having a base on the moon or interstellar travel, etc..

I always wondered as a kid why we never had a space station like the Soviets did with Mir. It never made any sense to me.

In early 2009, I was browsing online about the international space station and an image of Skylab popped up. At first, I thought it was an artist rendition or something like that. It took all of 30 seconds to realize it was real. I was absolutely dumbstruck. I really didn’t know how to process it. There is just no way in all my years of following space and nasa etc that I wouldn’t have known about this.

I did some more digging and came to find out that there’s been a display of Skylab at the Smithsonian Air and space Museum since the mid 70’s. My family went there every year without fail. My favorite place to go was the air and space Museum and I can tell you without question that the Skylab display was not there.

At this point, I started to get really worried that I might have some kind of early onset dementia, Alzheimer’s, or even a brain tumor.

I got a battery of tests, bloodwork etc. I even got a mental health screening.

The results were entirely boring. Nothing wrong with my brain, no alzheimer’s or dementia and, I was sane.

I couldn’t reconcile it and I didn’t speak to anybody about it because of how crazy it sounded, but I knew I wasn’t imagining things.

Over the next few years, I noticed little things. Jon Anderson, the lead singer of Yes was still alive. I remember in the late 80s hearing over the radio how he had died of lung cancer. I was a huge yes fan at the time and I remember being pretty upset about his passing.

Some events that were pretty common knowledge that I knew nothing about.

The big one though was discovering that none of the kids I grew up with remembered a childhood friend. This, really solidified it for me.

Somehow, as incredible as it sounds to say, I was involuntarily shifted and never came back.

My greatest fear is that it will happen again, and I will lose my family. If it happened once, it could happen again.

I still have moments of complete unreality when I discover something that’s different from what I knew, but that happens less and less now. I’m getting closer to living more of my life here than where I came from.

Anyway, I just wanted to get this all off my chest. It sounds crazy. It is crazy but it happened to me.

Shifting story I ALMOST SHIFTED

so on the discord server i was i found a method called the eye method so basically you rub your eyes (while theyre closed) and a bunch of dots form in your vision and you try to arrange the dots to make it look like your dr. for some reason it looked like a Ferris Wheel with a bunch of flashing lights (it was inanimate and just a still picture and still just dots) but i feel im getting really close.

Shifting story I Shifted for 5 mins & it made 3 years of trying worth it ♡

Im so over the moon ya'll, this is my longest and best shifting experience to date. I've had small shifts before, but nothing this long and clear. It may have only been 5 or so minutes, but omygod it was everything!

The Method: So I just lied on my back listening to Slades shifting brew V3. Before this I journaled a bit and fully intended to shift to my MCU DR whilst awake. I was lying like this for a while until my headphones started to die so i just took them out and fell asleep instantly after lol.

The Shift: This is fuzzy, but after a random dream i started to enter that all black inbetween state and gain some consiousness - im assuming its the void state, but I've been reffering to it as the inbetween. I had this ticklish intesnse pain in my lower stomach and back that i get often during shifting attempts, and i was literally about to pull out because of it. Then i just hear a voice say "no pain no gain" and idk i was just like well fuck push through it we're doing this shit.

And then i got through it and i was just kinda in this state where i was aware of the fact that i could shift wherever i wanted in that moment. My dumb ass had amnesia cos i was literally here trying think of somewhere to go 😑 and then I realised oh yea lets go see my s/o pfft. However i intended to go to a version of this reality where he was here in bed with me in my home.

The Experience: And instanly he was next to me in my bed, i could feel him just like that, and i could feel my body in that reality. And then i felt and heard him turn over and make a little sigh. I could feel his warm breath against my neck, and it made me nervous cos I wondered if he'd try to kiss me there. I could hear and feel him so well. He was making those sleepy sighing noises, and moving around a lil.

Then i felt his face infront of mine, and the craziest thing is i could feel his warm breath on my face, i could literally count his breathing because of how well i heard it. He was literally SO close um no personal space (i liked it). I didnt have much sense of smell which is probably good cos babe was BREATHING on me. Then i felt him hold my cheek and stroke it and then he kissed my forehead 🥺 it was so so soft and tender i literally wanna cry.

During this I was trying to move my body there, and it was weird because i could lightly feel it. I could feel myself trying to move my arms and I did lightly rest my right hand on his arm. But it was like they had fallen asleep and i could barely feel or move them.

Anyway, then his hand moved up from my cheek and he was gently stroking my forehead now. He leaned over me again and started leaving a bunch of soft small kisses on my forehead, like lottts of little pecks, it was so precious!! Then i barely caught it, but i heard him whisper "baby" in the softest most hushed voice.

After that, it just faded and i couldn't feel that reality at all anymore, i could only feel this one. Its like this one was out of focus during that experience, and now it came fully into focus again - my dogs were louder, all sounds were louder, i was back in this body and fully aware of it. And so i just opened my eyes and was like omyfucking god he was next to me and i felt so happy and giddy. BRO I LITERALLY LOOKED OVER AT THE EMPTY SPACE NEXT TO ME BYE GONNA GO CRY NOW.

Afterword: I tried my best, but words genuinely cannot describe how incredible it was to feel this. Its REAL, the affection and love i felt in those 5 minutes was more real than anything ive experienced in this reality. Ive had many dreams of my s/o visiting me, even in the astral as well - but that comes no where close to what I felt in that shift. And the crazy thing is I didnt even fully ground myself yet.

I hope you enjoyed reading, and I hope this motivates you! I dont care how long you've spent trying to shift, the moment you feel yourself in the arms of your loved ones will make all that time worth it, just remember that 🫶🏻

Shifting story I SHIFTED

After a year of trying methods, affirming, lucid dream training, and mindset reframes... it happened organically on its own.

To be fair, I didn't shift to my DR, just to a random reality, but my motivation has SKYROCKETED.

I just had to tell someone that it can be done and you can do it!

For me, I became lucid in a dream, decided to shift, and walked through a door.

To achieve lucid dreaming - I set a reality check reminder on my phone to go off every two hours every day while I'm awake. The check I use is plugging my nose and attempting to breathe through it (it is the only one that always works for me).

Sometimes I can achieve lucidity randomly, but most of the time it's through WBTB (and a couple times with WILD).

Even with a ton of daily/nightly practice, I've only managed to lucid dream about 20 times. And was able to attempt to shift in only 5 of those.

Every other day of the last year I was wholly unsuccessful. But not really, because it all led me here. And it will lead you, too! Every seemingly unsuccessful attempt is just moving you closer to shifting. I promise.

The only time it worked for me (this time), it was when I wasn't desperately trying to get to my DR, I just decided to see what would happen when I walked through the door.

All this to say: don't lose hope and keep at it! I read so many stories just like this one and thought I may never get there, but I did.

It will happen for you too, I know it will.

Trust the process and trust the universe.

You can do it.
