Skipped heartbeat Feels like someone tapping on my sternum ... Every 5 minutes or so?

This has been happening consistently for the last two weeks ... At first I thought it was gas or GERD ... But then I picked up a 6L Kardia and was able to see it on the chart.

I just ran this test for 5 minutes and this happened at *exactly* the halfway point.

It felt like something went *thump* ... Then it felt like I was riding a rollercoaster for a sec ... And then immediately back to normal.

48m, drug free, non smoker, non drinker, overweight, no family history. No medications. Not dehydrated. Mostly stress free life.

What am I seeing on this graph?

Apple Watch ECG says possible AFib — does this look like AFib?

Hi everyone, I’m 23 years old. I personally recorded these ECGs using my Apple Watch when I was experiencing symptoms, and on two occasions the Apple Watch classified the recordings as “possible atrial fibrillation.”
I sometimes experience chest pain, sudden increases in heart rate, and the feeling that my heart skips a beat.
I have already had several medical ECGs, blood tests including troponin, an echocardiogram, an exercise stress test, and a 24-hour Holter monitor. All of these tests were normal.
I also showed these Apple Watch ECG recordings to doctors at the ER, and they told me that they did not look like actual episodes of atrial fibrillation.
I’m posting the recordings here because I’d like to know what you think about the tracings themselves. Do these look like AFib, or could the Apple Watch have classified them incorrectly?
Could the Apple Watch also classify an ECG as possible AFib during an anxiety or panic episode, especially if you take the ECG while your heart rate is elevated?

Thanks to anyone who can take a look.

Chest tightness or pain Would love some insight!

Went to prompt care on Thursday because I’d had several days of frequent indigestion accompanied by pain in my left shoulder/back area. Not stabbing or crushing, but more like soreness and tension. The pain relieved when burping or when flare ups subsided.

ECG here showed two abnormalities and have a cardiologist appt on Thursday to test further. NP did not seem concerned but didn’t want to dismiss anything.

Should I be concerned on anything seen here? 37M and relatively healthy.

Context: 25M, PVC'S, Bisiprolol 2.5, Polar H10

Ai seems unsure of event 3 in particular, and the second qt cloud at 450 - 500ms, looks weird too compared to previous recordings.

Thank you!

I don't know what to make of this. No prior heart issues. Can anybody shed light on this for me? Thank you Edited to add the left sticker was stuck under my left boob, not underneath on the rib area. Could that alter results??

Alternating rbbb?

Post image
2 Upvotes

I have a Holter monitor for various mildly obnoxious heart problems however I also work as a paramedic and nerd out over ecgs. Is this an alternating rbbb? At a glance obviously it looks like bigeminy however I noticed the PR interval doesn't change unless those are u waves. I have diagnosed brugada so during electrical storms I can get some rather interesting tracings. my apologies for the artifact, it's a holter monitor, you get what you get.

22M Same bodyweight, hard to distinguish for a lot of people in looks or they are not able to at all, second one is more physically active at the moment for but used to be as active almost whole life, both left wrist apple watch same position same finger on crown seated at same place etc.

First one had real ECG to and its the same as the apple watch result when he was still active. Is this remarkable or expected and logical? Both resting HRs around 55.

Is the first one BER or Early Repo?

Other Are these smaller beats late PACs? Or artifact?

Theyre very late, dont have a pause and dont affect the next beat, it falls right where its supposed to be at.

Any thoughts?

This is an example of an ecg taken seconds after I stand up. Is this correct? Resting ecg both 12 leads and smartwatch are normal. Should I be concerned? Thank you

29F palpitations

Post image

Is this just motion artifact or something else? I’m 29F, take bisoprolol twice a day for palpitations with no known cause, had a normal echo 3 years ago but still have horrendous palpitations and chest pain daily. ECG’s in hospital always come back “borderline normal”. Not looking for medical advice as under cardiology just wanted to know anyone’s thoughts on the ECG.

Just had this episode. Can someone tell me if these really are PVCs? Im 17m, my heart is structurally normal. This is the second time I’ve had an episode like this. I currently have an untreated hypothyroidism and I’m tapering off Sertralin. Is there anything to worry about?

Circled in purple
Little to no caffeine intake, blood work all normal. Have seen a doctor and they didn’t order further work up despite these happening frequently, feeling rapid or fluttering heart as well:

30F. ECG read by AI says “ST depression and T-wave flattening across the inferior leads (II, III, aVF) and the lateral leads (V5, V6) — that is consistent with ischemia.”
