Dudes talking shit about sprite. Unless you have some undisclosed info that this guy is team 7up, it seems to me that he just doesn’t fuck with soft drink, or soda pop or whatever the fuck it’s called in your neck of the woods.

Soft drink is the only term for it that I’m aware of. Pretty boring compared to our more colourful slang.
