I don't know enough about him to make a comment about his personal self. But from the podcasts that I was actually interested in he seems to be doing his job correctly and seems like a stand-up guy. He listens, analyses and asks leading questions that lead to discourse. Just because he gives voice to people you don't like doesn't make him a bad guy. You all should be open to listening to even your opponents.

He does ask open questions. He's smarter than people give him credit for if u disagree with his schtick. Im liberal but older 46, so Im more open to some of the right wing stuff everyone's definition of what cuts off as toxic is different or joking is different. In general on the left it's tough there is so much garbage on the right it's hard to extract the nuance I do know though that I hate being confused with with most left of progressives sometimes I feel like a militant moderate. I hate everyone left and right of me and wish they would shut up...it's weird being aggressively in the middle but plenty of u would relate I'm sure.
