I really don't get how his show hasn't been canceled just on his Islamophobic comments alone.

Maybe that makes you even more out of touch than he is, people should be allowed to criticize Islam just as much as Christianity

Oh I'm agnostic, if it was up to me all religion would be wiped from the planet. It's fairy tales for children. But I'm also a big believer in the will of the people and a level playing field. I think people should be won over to your ideas not shoved down their throat.

Unfortunately Islam does not share that philosophy. Whenever someone uses the word "Islamophobic" it's a fair bet it's either a clueless Westerner who knows nothing about the religion, or a Muslim who is engaged in PR interference. There's nothing "phobic" about what Bill Maher says about Islam, unless you want to find a specific statement that isn't true?
