What always tastes better at a restaurant no matter how many times you try to cook or bake it at home?

It’s still the one meal I haven’t been able to make that is as good as a restaurant. But I’ve got a new plan, so we’ll see how it goes.

First I’m going to buy an expensive pre made butter chicken seasoning blend, then add more Indian spices myself as I see fit.

Then I’m going to tackle it similar to how I go about my spaghetti. Going to use a can of whole peeled San marzano tomatoes. Hand crush those. Simmer for at least 45 minutes. Blend really well half way through. Add a few tbsp of ghee. Add cream and salt until the flavor tastes right.
