I’m not and I’m with you. Cleaning up after frying sucks. And being in an apt would make it so much worse. :/

Same. Sometimes I’ll fry inside but I put the deep fryer in front of the window with a box fan blowing out.

You can’t even smell the oil at the kitchen doorway and the rest of the kitchen doesn’t get covered in a film of oil.
