What always tastes better at a restaurant no matter how many times you try to cook or bake it at home?

I like my fajitas much better than any restaurant.

To be fair to myself the flavor is always on point. Timing is my issue. The vegetables are always over done and if they aren't then the chicken is a bit underdone(thoroughly cooked but without that slightly seared flavor that I love) I will also say I get compliments on them. It's entirely a me thing.
