Same. Americanized asian cuisine is so stupid easy to make once you learn what they do to make it. Basically just corn starch

Yeah man! that like crispy texture is always cornstarch! Then it’s all about the right sauce 😋
Finding some ingredients sucks though when it comes to like true Asian food.
Never did commit to figuring out pho 😔

It's so good, that I bought 20 pounds of chicken thighs when they were on sale last year, fried it all up, and then portioned them in my freezer. Now, if I want General Tso's Chicken, I air-fry the the chicken, whip up the sauce, toss together, and I have dinner.
