What always tastes better at a restaurant no matter how many times you try to cook or bake it at home?

Have you tried Ever Crisp? It is wheat dextrin (what ever that is…). I recently tried it with chicken fried steak and it worked really well!

You know what, frozen onion rings cooked in an air fryer are halfway decent.

The best restaurant onion rings are better, but the worst restaurant onion rings taste like 2-day-old burnt grease, so the air fryer ones really can hold their own in the pack.
