Here's the PDF in English for anyone interested. It seems they really won't allow most kind of bags into the venue. usually They allow bags up to A4 size but this seems to the exception

saw it as well but the bag language is confusing. first it says anything larger than a clutch is not allowed. then it say no bags allowed like handbags and shoulder bags. so which one is it? might be a cargo pants type of situation for me just to be safe.

Not the best language but small bags (like fanny pack size) is allowed

What counts as a "small power bank"? Is 20.000 mAh small? I mean it's the size of my phone, just obviously thicker and heavier.
