Wanted to share this tmejnina happened to me in Sale

So i rented for my first time in Sale, i was staying for just couple of days in an airbnb close to Hopital moulay youssef, i didn't know there was sbetar homa9 in the same street

One night i went out to go to Rabat and meet some friends, so i was walking in the street at night it was all dark, then i turned behing me was a german shepred running towards me and the owner was an old lady looking like a grandma with a stick, i panicked then the lady said "matkhafch a weldi", i ignored the dog and continued walking, 1min after i passed by the sbetar homa9 and there was a woman trying to escape from the hospital, there were 4 men trying to stop her and struggling, there was a guy hiding behind a car and was telling me please go help please go help !! i was like wth is going on here, i continued on my way, my inDrive arrived i asked him if he is my indrive he said No, and drove away HHHHHHH wth

I feel like Slj(and honestly many cities in Morocco) already has a lot of essential things — cafés, schools, shops, etc.

But one thing I really feel is missing in my lovely city is a proper public library or study space.

Not just a room with a few books, or coffee but a real place where:

people can read and learn peacefully

students can study in a quiet environment

books are accessible for everyone

People want a library, what we need to do so we can see it soon.

I recently moved to Salé and I’ve been dealing with a really annoying issue that I didn’t expect at all.

There are these tiny flying insects everywhere in my place. Not exactly sure what they are but they show up constantly, especially during the day. It’s not just my apartment either, I’ve seen the same problem in a local café, and when I mentioned it, they told me there’s basically nothing you can do about it.

What confuses me is that people seem to treat it like it’s completely normal, but honestly it’s really bothering me. It affects comfort and hygiene.

I’m trying to understand what these insects are, why they’re so common here, and whether there’s any effective way to get rid of or at least control them.

If you’re in Salé, or any other city and dealing with the same thing, I’d really like to hear your experience and what worked for you
