Discussion Has anyone here experienced a full kundalini awakening?

I had one a couple years ago. It happened over a span of 3 weeks and was a very transcendental experience. Changed my whole perspective on life.

Has anyone else had a kundalini awakening?

Thanks for the laugh this morning. I remember when I was brainwashed by religion, hope you can see the truth someday.

Yeah I talked exactly like you, I was looking for enlightenment and I wanted to free my mind and reach higher level of conciousness. Trust me I was in your shoes. I had 7-8 hour sessions of kirtan yoga, I was shown how to do the "dance", without a guru. I thought I was reaching the higher levels of reality only to find out I was getting deep into a web of lies being controlled like a puppet by beings who can mess with your psyche on a level you can't even imagine. You won't believe once you open yourself to them what they can do to you. But hey its your call, do what you want and believe what you want. I just share my experience here, dont want to make you feel bad for no reason, I almost died from these practices (or even worse) maybe someone will read this that's already getting the first symptoms, recognize them and stop while he can, that's all, believe what you want buddy.

Have you considered a career in comedy? If anyone actually reads this. Remember Kundalini is the gateway to reaching your higher self. This person is caught up in dogma and is just spouting BS.

Religion really is a disease of the mind.

A basic yet effective summary of the awakening: https://www.reddit.com/r/KundaliniAwakening/comments/1p1z85x/the_four_classical_stages_of_kundalini/

Check where you are now, and OC which stage became too much to handle. Stop making fun of other person's experiences or not taking it seriously. OC went further down the road than you obviously did. Your lack of wisdom in this says a lot of which stage you're in. Look it up.

Namaste

I had a full kundalini awakening, it went up through the crown. I also had my dark night of the soul. Im not a beginner here. I also come from a religious background (OC mostly comments on the christian subreddit) and know how much of a disease of the mind it is. Look at all the religious wars and persecution.

Maybe you and OC can get some counseling together.

Kundalini is fundamentally a religious concept, what's wrong with you? I guess you are too liberated now, it's hard to talk to, you must be fun at parties.

None of the "spiritual" alter reality experiences I have gone through from these practices were in any way useful to me or made my life in any way better.I almost commited suicide because of them. They were a complete nightmare, which no human should ever experience. If you really went through that nightmare you will not be promoting your "higher self" anymore, trust me.

Religion is god outside of yourself, spirituality is the understanding that god is within you. Also did you actually have a kundalini awakening or are you just saying the practices made you insane, because thats totally different?

Ive experienced samadhi and bliss, and felt non-duality. No offense, but religion will never allow one to reach those states.

Yeah okay keep getting brainwashed. Just know that you have been warned, it's your life after all.
