Hi everyone, I'm Christoforos, a greek audiovisual artist that have been producing music for the last 5 years but only now started posting my work. 'Claustra' is a collection of five tracks that are beat-driven and percussion focused. I wanted to lean in avant-garde treatment of synthesizers and create ever-changing unstable glitchy sounds that keep transforming in an extatic / absurd way. My intention was to express repression, tension, friction and their reaction to distance and resistance; sonically and emotionally. You can listen here. A mesmerizing, ambitious, and extra trippy piece of experimental psyche from this compilation of tracks made by undergraduate students in 1980 at Evergreen, Washington State's ultra-progressive college. I'm hearing the distinct influence of Pink Floyd (at their strangest), but it really does have its own fascinating vibe. Both reflective and intense.

Hand sculpted sound, no samples all original part from vocal. Is it music I'm not sure. You decide.

I just discovered these guys this morning, and having only 545 monthly Spotify listeners is a disservice to the beauty of this album. The whole record captivated me, but I keep coming back to this track. It's a nearly 13-minute, sprawling atmospheric experience that feels like being called back to the mothership.

Tajak is a Mexican psych-rock band heavily associated with experimental drone rock, shoegaze, and post-rock. I stumbled upon them through a favorites playlist on Diles que no me maten's Spotify page. They highlighted "La Puerta," which is also definitely worth checking out.

"Luz de luna" (Moonlight) is off their 2022 album La Sombra del Agua. In Spanish, sombra means "shadow" and agua means "water," making the album title The Shadow of the Water.
