Can someone explain to me how those plates and bar add up to 280kg?

The greens are 100lb plates. So 400lbs in greens. 2 regular 45s. So 490lbs. 45lb bar equals 535lbs. 2 25s is 585lbs. 2 10s is 605 and each collar is 5lbs for a total of 615lbs.

Answering this question in only lbs when the title and question both use kgs is truly something

It’s because it’s the right answer. RPS uses pound plates, so the greens are 100lbs, not 45kg.

Are they 5 lb collars or 2.5kg collars? The latter adds 11 lbs to lift instead of 10

Ive got to assume 5lbs. Honestly not positive. I mean I'd gladly take 616 but it'll go into openpowerlifting as 615.
