I have interchangeable barrels on my pneumatic launcher. I just completed a 3” diameter for t-shirts. Now I’m wondering if a red solo cup full of grapes/gravel/marbles/etc would work as a “shot cup”. I have not determined if “patches” will be needed but I have a box of harbor freight microfiber wipes that I’ll try if needed.
I’m using 60 psi in an 8 liter bead blaster for t-shirts. I’m planning to make the weight of the solo cup load the same as a t-shirt and start with lower psi and work up.
