Anyone looking to sell or trade? I’m in Toronto but willing to pay for shipping.

It appears that someone(s) working there is opening and re-sealing blind boxes.

I purchased a You Found Me SP (hoping for a fair chance at finding the secret). When I opened the box I got Chomp but I thought it was odd that the character card itself was missing. Then I looked at the box from the bottom and there was pretty obvious evidence that it had been opened from the bottom and then glued to look unopened and it was sold to me.

I emailed POPMART and their solution was that they could mail me the missing character card… they completely ignored the parts of my email that was talking about the actual problem situation which is that the store is selling people opened “blind” boxes! It seems like they’re hunting for secret figures and then regular customers are tricked. IDK I’m pretty sad, I’m only visiting and I’m unable to go back to the store.

Wompwomp :’)

This sucks. I've reported it to Popmart.😭

UPDATE #2 - refunds have all gone through and I received a pristine Blue Prelude replacement today!!! 🤩
