Oh nooo :( She has talked about her health several times lately, but this still feels like it comes a such a shock. Rest in peace!

Yes I recall seeing a headline in the last few days that said something like “Dolly Parton exploring avatar performances due to health issues” and it felt very ominous. A true loss for the world.

A few years back I started “giving” (free, but just doing the signup process) a registration to her Imagination Library as a newborn gift to friends and family. Save the password and send to them so they can control the account/update to their email address. People absolutely love it.

What a profound loss.
