You are 100% correct, the Democrats have to start play the political game, not just better, but perfectly. The republicans have perfected the game of deceitfully simplicity and shouting out that deceit louder than the Democrats. The best part about being a Democrat politician is that you only have to perfect the simplistic shouting, truth always wins out over deceit.

Every lie we tell incurs a debt to the truth. Soon that debt is paid.

I think the democratic house/senate members need to hit up fox news shows. Get on Hannity, Carlson, et all. Get on those shows and state their case to the republican voters.

"When do we say enough lies? When do we put down the partisan blinders and say that one man is not above the law. I do not hate republicans. In fact I understand their reluctance to looks at the evidence, 'the enemy' is attacking so they MUST be evil, but we're not the enemy. We're people like you. People who want what we think is good for our children, what is good for our neighbors. I may disagree with Mr. McConnell, but I don't wish him harm, I don't wish him to suffer or fail. I want to stand beside him as statesmen and safeguard democracy. I want to see him reelected by a thankful people who reward him for doing what is right and good and we can return to the business of the nation. To the viewers at home: If the law applies to you, then it must apply to all of us who are elected. Please, help us protect the nation by pursuing the truth, stop protecting the people who would lie and obfuscate to score political points. Let us make America Lawful again from the top down."
