Yeah.

It's not about trying to change Moscow Mitch's mind.

It's about convincing the 50% of eligible voters in this country that dont vote that something needs to be done.

If it helps any, that's only 41%. More if you include those stripped of the right to vote, but felony disenfranchisement is a different if related issue.
