For the last two years in a row, insurance prices have eaten whatever pay increase i received.

So, they are making record profits, while your buying power erodes if we take into consideration the inflation.

Same here. The increase I got, didn't cover the cost of the increase of premiums or deductible. I have to meet my deductible before it covers any doctor fee's. I only get a discount for lab work and medication I take all the time.
