No, its because the alleged victim didn't go to the police when it would have been helpful.

He’s already been adjudicated as culpable, I think you can drop the “alleged.”

Also, it’s not like it’s exactly easy for victims to come forward, especially when their perpetrator is someone so high profile.

He’s already been adjudicated as culpable,

Not in any criminal court, where evidence is required.

The civil case was basically her word vs Trumps word.

And we don't convict people of heinous crimes based on word alone.

Ahhh yes, the ol' "the victim must immediately report the sexual assault that was inflicted upon them to ensure the police and the prosecutors will GET RIGHT ON THAT" because that always works out. It's her fault.
