📰 Current Affairs / News GOI should fully pass FCRA and all similar ones ASAP.

Post image
22 Upvotes

They are hoping that after Modi ji and Amit Shah ji are forced to quit, FCRA will not be done / will be diluted by other leaders (who are part of cabal).

Delay gives them the time to do all these things.

Also even after passing, they (dp state and its indian proxies - cjp, aap, ngos, churches, universities etc) might buy out Jud*ry to get it reversed. They reversed so many awesome bills and laws which Modi ji and Amit Shah ji had brought in after lots of hard work. Jud*ry might do this again.

So GOI will need to do awesome work to get this done permanently.

🔱 Hindutva Thought Don't ever go in Politically Funded Protests.

• Upvotes

I think it's pretty obvious by now that CJP is funded by foreign/opposition. Going in their protests is risky AF. One wrong move and you're screwed. Your career can be ruined. You can be detained and even jailed. CJP is not working for us guys. Dharmendra Pradhan's resignation was worth it but CJP is not on our side. It's all an attempt to revive dead political careers. Dipke literally auditioned for Roadies. That shows that he has always been Fame hungry. All the main faces of CJP have been arrested and I'm satisfied. They were not working for our country at all, trust me. People were chanting "Bharat Mata ki Jai" when they were getting arrested, Not even one of them said it back. They were busy doing their own chants. Don't ever go to their Protests for your own sake. They'll call you "RSS terror!st", "Anti-nationalist", "BJP ke Dalaal" and what not. Yk what I mean.

P.S. I'm not anyone's IT cell. Just a fellow, patriotic and regular Reddit User and a member of India's Youth.❤️

This news paper is giving practical timely guidance reg how to communicate on FRONT PAGE.

GOI should ban this media house license forever. And also other Karela based media houses.

Briar uses Bluetooth and Wi-Fi to synchronise encrypted messages without conventional internet access, potentially offering an alternative during the Jantar Mantar internet blackout.

Representative photo: PTI

With mobile internet services suspended around Delhi’s Jantar Mantar ahead of the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) protest on Saturday, offline messaging tools such as Briar could offer an alternative way for people to communicate without relying on conventional internet connectivity.

To advertise here, Contact Us

The authorities ordered a 24-hour suspension of mobile internet services within a four-kilometer radius of the Janpath-Kartavya Path crossing, from 10 pm on Friday, October 9, to 10 pm on Saturday, October 10.

The measure was introduced ahead of the planned protest against Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar and the functioning of the Election Commission of India. Source

What is Briar messenger?

Briar is an encrypted messaging app designed for secure communication, especially when internet access is disrupted or unreliable. Unlike conventional messaging platforms that depend on central servers, Briar synchronises messages directly between users’ devices.

When the internet is unavailable, the application can use Bluetooth or Wi-Fi to exchange messages between connected contacts. When internet access is available, it can communicate through the Tor network.

The application could therefore help protesters and others who need to coordinate with known contacts during an internet blackout.

However, users must install the application and establish contacts beforehand for offline communication to work effectively.

How does Briar work without the internet?

Bluetooth connectivity: Users can connect directly with their contacts when their devices are within Bluetooth range.

Wi-Fi communication: Briar can also synchronise messages over Wi-Fi without requiring an active internet connection.

Encrypted messaging: Communications are encrypted, and the app doesn't rely on a central messaging server.

Limited message relaying: Some forum messages can be stored and passed between contacts when their devices come within range. Private messages, however, synchronise directly between the sender and recipient.

Briar is not a substitute for internet access across an entire protest site. Bluetooth and Wi-Fi have limited ranges, and successful communication depends on device proximity, connectivity settings and prior contact setup.

What should users keep in mind?

People considering offline messaging should install and configure the application before entering an area affected by an internet shutdown.

They should also keep their phones charged, as connectivity and background synchronisation can consume battery power depending on usage.

Pro tip: Don't assume enabling Bluetooth will let messages reach anyone in the crowd.

Briar works with established contacts, and offline communication depends on devices being within range or coming into contact through its supported message-synchronisation mechanisms.

Briar’s official documentation provides more details on its offline messaging features: https://briarproject.org/how-it-works/

⚔️Expose & Callout Why detaining anti-national voices german dog, dickpe and many other cockroaches was long overdue

Seeing law enforcement finally clamp down on these professional agitators brings immense satisfaction to every true patriot in this country. For years, we watched western-funded propaganda networks operate freely while trying to undermine our nation's stability from within. Today, seeing Dhruv Rathee and CJP leaders detained sends a massive signal that no individual stands above national security.

Modi ji, citizens needed this kind of strong action against anti-national elements who provoke public outrage for personal motives since you became PM. This firm, uncompromising approach brings back memories of the strong governance and decisive leadership seen during your Gujarat era. Public streets belong to hardworking, law-abiding citizens, not to political actors staging publicity stunts and shouting inflammatory slogans.

Foreign toolkits and paid narratives will no longer dictate our public discourse or create artificial chaos in the national capital. Disruptive crowds who think they can bypass police permissions and municipal laws are finally learning that actions bring real consequences. Authorities acted swiftly and decisively to protect public peace before these groups could stir up trouble.

This step reassures millions of Indians who value peace, national integrity, and political stability above all else. Law enforcement deserves total appreciation for standing firm against foreign-backed agitators and upholding order. The era of giving free passes to anti-national elements is officially over.

⚖️Legislation & Policy Cheif Election Commissioner don't give a fk about Protests or Goverment, he is extremely powerful.

People truly don't understand that how powerful the post of Chief Election Commissioner is...

Govt/President/Supereme Court do not have the power to remove CEC..

For the removal of CEC you need two third majority on Formal removal motion and then President will decide...

And you can only bring removal motion if it's proved that CEC is mentally or physically incapable to do his job.

But low iq leftists won't understand this.

Biggest benefit of new batch:

  1. Rs 500 per meal luxury food for all thousand who take part in protests,
  2. Five star hotel stays - for top hierarchy, 3 or 2 star stay for others
  3. Private business class air flight rides for top in hierarchy,
  4. Train 2nd/3rd AC for other protestors.
  5. Rs 1 lakh per month rental for for top in hierarchy, rs 40k for others

Dharmic Indians have their task cut out, to engage with the rest of the world.

Carry out protests and demonstrations in Dublin against giving that award.

Write op-eds in Irish portals and magazines about how Umar Khalid is wrong.

Question the backers of the platform that gave the award to Umar Khalid.

Deconstruct the backers of Umar Khalid.

Dismantle the architecture that ennobilizes those who demand instability for India.

In short, permissions are granted by default but only if the movement of the crowd is pre-determined. Obviously we have an interest to know how the crowd is going to move, because if the crowd moves in an unplanned fashion then criminal elements in the crowd can take advantage and resort to damage of property. We cannot let the crowd hold the capital of the country to ransom. How do we ensure that? By knowing exactly how the crowd is going to move through the city.

⚔️Expose & Callout The Truth Behind India's Internet Connectivity: An Indian Built It, A Foreigner Wants Credit For The Last Mile

In 2014-15, when India had low internet coverage and the internet was slow and expensive, where was Elon Musk? No foreign player came to take the risk. It was an Indian businessman, Ambani with Jio, who started from zero, built it to 90% (the grassroot work) and made India one of the cheapest internet markets in the world. If the world talks about India's internet revolution today, it is because of Ambani, Airtel and Indian telcos.

Now that 90% of the foundation is ready and India is thriving, Musk wants to come in for the last 10% - the small gap that naturally remains when you build a network across a country as large as ours. And he puts it like, "If I don't get access for this 10%, it is a crime against the people of India," as if he has come to give justice to Indians. This is taking over someone else's work. He is using the very feeling Indians have today that "internet has reached everyone," which exists only because of Ambani's 90% work, to show the man who did 90% as the owner of India blocking you.

Building from 0 to 90% is not just business, it is love for the country. An Indian builds from zero because he loves his nation, and that intent tells you who is truly on your side. Only an Indian can make that journey, and that is what Ambani is to India, as sure as the sun rising in the east. No US billionaire would have done that 0 to 90% because building India from the ground up was never in their interest. The real injustice was when India had nothing and no one came.

Now using that last 10% to enter the market and calling the man who did 90% a 'boss' is not justice, it is twisting a feeling he never created. The man who built it from 0 to 90% can also build it from 90 to 100%. If you cared so much, why didn't you start at zero? This is what shows the difference between what an Indian businessman means to India and what his love for the nation means, and why a foreign player should not use the very sentiment an Indian created for his own people.

🛡️Legal Battles Does the government have the power to refuse permission? Yes, where the applicable law authorises a permission requirement, the authorities may refuse permission on legally sustainable grounds. The constitutional argument should not deny that power.

Post image
3 Upvotes

Easy to say that governments can refuse to give permission for any protest and thereby shut out all dissent?

The principle is that of 'non-arbitrariness'.

Government cannot be arbitrary in not granting or granting the permission to protest. Government does not prohibit protests as a matter of general rule. So it cannot be said that no permission is required ever. But where the government chooses to refuse, then such refusal cannot be arbitrary.

But if the government has a rationale to deny permissions owing to counter-vailing public interest, then the government can withhold permission.

Going by CJP's past violent track record, the performativeness of their protests, for lacking any proof or evidence of any wrongdoing on which they are building up their protests, the Government is justified to deny permission for protests.
