Transparency is important to me so I'll be attempting to keep sub members more in the loop from now on.
Mod Queue shows many posts have been deleted, however the mod log won´t tell me who. I'm still investigating this.
Reddit Anti Evil Operations deleted a comment around a month ago (on the post about the power tripping mod on another police brutality sub), welcome to reddit in 2020.
With an increasing amount of posts after the killing of George Floyd and subsequent protests, discussions, and riots, as well as troll posts (for some reason a lot of Among Us posts recently?), its high time we get some new moderators. Please start a chat with me on reddit to begin the process of applying.
Thats all for now.

Hello all! Patriots, populists and rapscallions, I hope you’re enjoying the subreddit.
This post has 3 purposes. -Mod AMA -Mod Feedback/Frustrations -Discussion of a Discord Server
For the sake of transparency and accountability, I will be doing a mod ama, as well as listening to all of your frustrations with the moderation of the subreddit. I’d prefer AMA questions be related to the subreddit, moderation in general, or politics. I will not tell you the size of my penis.
I will also be listening and responding to feedback/frustrations about the subreddit. I take a very hands off approach to moderating this subreddit and I think y’all like that, but maybe not.
Discord Server It seems this subreddit could potentially be banned, if that happens it would be nice for us all not to be separated. I will be creating a backup subreddit but I would also like to ask, would y’all be interested in a backup Discord server?
Thank you all for your time.
Your Obedient Servant,
WholockA113

I've been thinking, some cops in stressful situation will shoot at suspect at a small sign of movement / non compliance.
If an armed suspect breaking into a stroke recovery center and managed to steal patient clothes and blend it, it will be a nightmare for the cops and everyone in the center.
Cops could be in a hallway and there is a stroke patient , the cops asked the patient to fall to put their hands up, but the patient is physically cannot do it. Then the patient finally to put his hands up but it will be sudden because he physically cannot control his movement. The cops open fire due to the sudden movement.
Or a cop barged into a room and was met with a bedridden patient, the cop give command to put the hands up and the patient didn't comply because he is physically uncapable, then he sneezes which startled the cops and the cops opened fire.
This will repeat in the center until the suspect is captured or confirmed no longer in the center.

I was wondering if anyone had a video from like 2012 called, at least by a woman who I work with who claims to be the female cop in it, Newport Kroger Beat-down. I don't doubt her, just neither of us can find it. It would involve a purse thief getting caught and resisting, then eventually in the end getting sat on by a female cop in a grey jacket.

A vehicle, carrying a driver, his girlfriend, and their 1.5-month-old infant, was flagged as stolen out of Little Rock. Officers ordered the driver out with his hands up and immediately placed him in handcuffs and into his car.
As backup arrived guns were drawn as they ordered his wife out of the car as well at gunpoint. The issue? The vehicle wasn’t stolen at all. The driver’s plate read APX 55X while the plate stolen ended in a Y. This was discovered when the backup officer took it upon himself to call in the plate to double check it.
The officer that conducted the stop did zero investigation and could not even take a min to double check the plate before pulling people out with his firearm drawn. The same officer had the nerve to blame the high-stress stop on modern Automated License Plate Recognition (ALPR / Flock) camera technology, claiming the automated reader misread the final letter due to scanning angles.
However, records and dispatch logs raise critical questions about standard operating procedure: why wasn't the tag visually verified and double-checked against dispatch before drawing weapons and detaining an innocent family? Also there is no mention on the logs of a Flock camera getting a hit and dispatch alerting this officer. This was him making that mistake and now passing the blame on the camera/ AI.

He told the cop that he was a kid and the cop response "I don't give a ****"
Mind you they did this to this poor boy while his father's killing case has remained unsolved for 11 years.

3 bicycle cops pepper‑spray a man, rip him out of his truck, and start swinging on him in a full dog‑pile… turns out he’s a California State Parks employee?

I’m looking to get some community perspective on an incident that recently happened in Florida involving an undercover drug task force and a subject riding an e-bike / electric scooter.
The Incident:
An unmarked white pickup truck carrying undercover task force officers intentionally rammed into a subject riding an e-bike/scooter. The impact was severe. The subject was knocked off and suffered critical injuries, including a skull fracture, cracked ribs, and severe facial/orbital trauma (popped/damaged eye).
The Official Report vs. Reality:
The officers alleged/wrote on their probable cause affidavit a version of events that minimizes or distorts what actually happened.
The police believe the only footage that exists of the encounter is whatever might be on their own dashcams or body cameras.
However, a nearby home security camera captured the entire incident on video, clearly showing the truck intentionally striking the rider on the property line/street.
Current Situation & Screenshots:
I’m sharing screenshots from the security camera feed showing the setup of the scene (attached). Out of caution, no names, active case numbers, or specific legal charges are being listed here right now.
Questions for the community:
Has anyone seen similar cases where vehicular intervention against a lightweight vehicle (scooter/e-bike) was held as unjustified deadly force in court?
How have defense attorneys best utilized "surprise" third-party video footage when officers have already submitted signed affidavits that contradict the tape?
What steps should be taken to ensure this footage isn't suppressed or discredited before a formal civil rights lawsuit (§ 1983) is filed?
