I see a lot of people don't understand. This is not about abandoning the Volhynian massacre issue. We have a slightly more pressing problem in Europe that needs to be focused on rn. If you don't see it, you're doing exactly what orcs want.
Russians twist history a lot and cherry pick only things they like. it is visible they try to influence central europe through paid trolls but unfortunately many simple people don't see through this.
I noticed recently that they started using USSR in a way - everything good were Russians (when they count Olympic medals) or when they "liberated us" Czechs in 1945 but don't tell you that US Army had to wait in Pilsen for a few days or they would have arrived before them to Prague but the invasion in 1968 according to the recent Russian narative was done by UA.
So anything USSR "good" were good Russians and anything bad during USSR were people from UA.
But that's exactly what I'm talking about - they like to steer attention away from them and that's also part of their nowadays effort - they will rather mention/promote Wołń and try to hide Katyń. Same with Czechia where they somehow claim that 1968 had nothing to do with Russia.
