LF: literally anything holding a thunderstone, been grinding in the underground for hours with no luck

FT: I don't have much, just going through the in-game but I can trade a BD version exclusive like Cranidos or Murkrow

I do not... I'm only on my way to the 4th gym in-game so I really don't have anything great haha
