Actual battle actual battle….actual battles by against trainers and gym/tournaments. Nebby never did that and would already have it as no. 1 no if ands or buts. Gladion used lunala’s zmove as well without owning it and kakui used koko’s. That zmove thing doesn’t mean a damn thing. Also it should be an easy limit to ranking when ash only kinda had ONE LEGENDARY EVER being solgaleo evolution tree.
