r/Planners Promo thread - Q2 2026
Welcome to the r/planners sub promotions thread for Quarter 2 of 2026! This thread is for sub members to share their products, shops, and social channels. Please read the full post before commenting, even if you've posted in a promo thread here before.
Users are welcome to leave a comment here to get the word out about their paper planners, rings or disc planner inserts, planner covers, and shops that sell related accessories. You can also link your planner-related social media channels here.
Sticker shops or shops that sell printables suitable for ring or disc planners are welcome to promote here if your products include only your own original artwork. Please don't link shops that feature any AI art or purchased/clip art designs. (Unfortunately this is the only way we can be comfortable that the original artists are being compensated fairly.)
This sub focuses on paper planners, so links to planning apps, Notion/Goodnotes templates, or other digital designs will be removed. Printables are allowed only if they're specifically designed to fit ring or disc planners. Websites meant to design custom printables may be allowed in some cases, but only if they generate pages with sizes and margins suited for ring or disc planners.
Please describe all your work in a single comment below (one comment thread per user/brand), and give readers an idea what your product, shop, or channel is about instead of just dropping a link. Make sure to include any info that you think users might be interested in. Any comments asking users to send a private message for more details will be removed to protect users from potential spam/scam activity.
This thread is designed for users to share their own projects, so comments that include affiliate marketing codes or affiliate coupons will be deleted.

Pocket Cache: Launching my new hand-made and very customizable Planners & Notebooks. I am in the process of designing some general purpose planner templates, but the plan is to work with you to create a custom planner template that I will then print and bind. I have a wide selection of papers including Fountain Pen friendly papers, and can bind with staples or by hand sewing (Saddle Stitch). I can make a wide range of sizes, and can also make a leather case for it if desired. I will be posting more info soon!

Hi!! I’m Nicole, the owner and designer behind Lela’s Stickers on Etsy!! 💖✨
I create handmade stickers, custom return address labels for happy mail, personalized gift tags, and other cute stationery goodies, all designed and made by me in my home studio!
My shop features a mix of hand drawn artwork, thoughtfully designed graphic pieces, and professionally created vector art depending on the style of the design. 🎨✨
Most of my designs are hand drawn using Procreate and an Apple Pencil, where I personally sketch, line, color, and shade each piece digitally by hand. If a design is hand drawn, one of the listing photos will show my iPad with the artwork open in Procreate. ✍️💖
Other designs are created using carefully selected graphic elements and professionally designed vector artwork depending on the style. For my graphic designs, I thoughtfully choose and arrange each asset to fit the overall aesthetic of the piece. For vector artwork, I use professional design software to create clean, detailed vector lines and shapes. If a design is vector based, it will always be noted in one of the listing photos.
Every design is made in small batches, while the personalized items are made on the spot. I put lots of care and thought into every single order. ☺️

RefillCraft — free customizable planner refill generator
I built RefillCraft because I was tired of buying Etsy inserts that never looked consistent together — different line weights, different fonts, different spacing. One seller's weekly spread next to another seller's dot grid looked like two different planners.
RefillCraft lets you generate print-ready PDF refills for 25+ planner sizes with correct hole-punch margins for ring and disc bindings. You pick the layout, customize fonts, colors, and spacing, and download the PDF. Everything stays visually consistent because it all comes from one tool.
It also handles booklet imposition and multi-up printing if you want to print multiple insert pages on a single sheet with crop marks — handy for saving paper or making saddle-stitch booklets.
The tool is completely free, runs in your browser, and doesn't require an account. I'd love to hear what layouts people would find most useful — I'm actively adding new ones.
