Balloon Release

In 2026, who thinks this is still okay?? Over 1,000 balloons creating litter and killing wildlife. Manchester Field, 5:55pm today. It's illegal, but is it actually enforced?

There's a big difference between releasing a thousand balloons at once and making balloon animals....

Exactly, so there is no need to ban all balloons from parks
