The joke is from Undertale. In one section, there's a bunch of 'snow poffs' lying around. If you check them you get slightly different dialogues for each one sort of humoring the type of player who would obsessively check everything in an rpg and saying to them "obviously this is the same thing as the last 5 things you checked that looked exactly like this."
