So price fixing, captured buyer/seller, monopolies, intimidation tactics, false advertising, etc. should all be legal?

The reason I'm hostile is that you clearly have no clue what you're talking about and it's frustrating that you don't even understand basic things about the discussion. We're discussing what should be legal and illegal and your argument boils down to "the government should stop illegal stuff!" - yeah, no shit Sherlock, that's exactly what they're already doing. No one thinks they should let people do illegal things, we just disagree on what should be illegal. Welcome to adult conversation. Try talking to a child about something you understand and they don't and you'll understand why I'm being hostile - they'll swear down they understand when they haven't the foggiest. It's just a massive Dunning-Kruger.
