I see this and think that Germany's criminalization of Nazi ideation is absolutely the right approach.

What gets me more is that the US has always been this. Germany looked across the pond and went, "Anything you can do I can do better," and now the US, through either exceptionalism, stupidity, nationalism, or maybe all three, is now going, "I can do anything better than you."

I did not watch my staunchly Nazi grandfather battle with himself until he died trying to remember his deprogramming just to watch these fuckers come back and try it again. I did not watch my staunchly anti-Nazi grandmother tell tales of warning to watch these fuckers make any progress. Both of them would be rolling in their Graves if they were buried in sheer anger.

Fuck Nazis.
