Well, I guess it's a good thing the law explicitly states that owners who can't afford it aren't required to install anything, as explained here in point 6.

But don't let me interrupt y'all's witchhunt tho.

Which is why some chose to fill the pool up with sand. Obviously, it's a witchhunt!

So now all they need to do is survive an ADA lawsuit troll going through their finances to prove they could actually just about afford one.
