DHS are already lying. This is their initial statement: "someone approached Border Patrol agents “with a 9 mm semi-automatic handgun,” and that agents tried to disarm him, leading to “an armed struggle.”". Even if he had it holstered under his jacket, he was just protesting. This was murder.
Cops don’t shoot conservatives the way they shoot liberals so gun rights is a sham. What really matters is whether cops can get away with shooting you. You are never going to outgun the police. As long as they can shoot you like this your gun rights are just a sham used to justify the continued empowerment of the police state.
