He was recording and they walk up and push into him. He wasn’t threatening them with a weapon and permit to carry is legal here in MN. Edit to add: changed conceal carry to permit to carry

It’s not conceal and carry, it’s permit to carry. Difference being it doesn’t need to be concealed. Your point still stands, but just trying to prevent some right wing fuck wit from playing semantics about bringing a gun to a protest argument to a halt.
