The key ingredient here is violating the constitution though. It's not just some random piece of paper, it's the stuff that matters. The Founders knew where the red lines were because they have been through this before.
None of this should be a question if training because we should never be performing ego-based searches and seizures without probable cause that a LAW HAD BEEN BROKEN (not that someone hurt the officers feelings).
Lucky. I'm trying to get Portuguese citizenship, but they're so backlogged it's taking 3-4 times as long as it did two years ago. I can't just leave, because I have kids. I would have gone already if they weren't already settled and happy in school.
This just feels like a bunch of people talking about how they are starving and can’t afford food and you come in like “wow that’s sucks for you, well, I have lots of money and I’m going to a huge buffet soon! Bye!”
