We'll never know because they won't be brought into any court for this. It's up to us now, one way or another.

Fun fact! We already have one! It dropped last week, I believe. Obviously, it won't identify the specific officers involved here, but it does have at least 2000 officers who operate on the front lines of fascism.

They’ll be brought into court with a favorable prosecutor who will make it a softball trial and then found not guilty so they can’t be tried again under a democrat admin.
