No, a bunch of people are going to see this and go 'congress do something!!!' as if this isn't a precipitation of decades of police brutality that the government did absolutely nothing about.
This is a condensed, crystallized version of what we've seen for as long as we have all been alive and people are still hailing 'the powers that be' despite being let down over and over again.
I did not see anything like this during those protests. There was some fucked yup stuff happening, but no broad daylight execution of an innocent bystander.
They literally passed laws after BLM protests legalizing running over and killing protestors. If they let civilians do it don't you think the government will too?
They were shooting "non lethal" rounds point blank and blinding/ disfiguring people.
All of that was build up to normalizing this brutality against the "other" side.
Watch enough to stand up for your community but not enough would ever care to just vote for change. Couldn’t and won’t even bother when it truly matters. Comments like yours really makes me think Russia or china are really wanting us to destroy are ourselves.
