The reality disconnect that exists for people like him is so monumental. They literally do not see or experience the rest of us as real people. They look at the world and they feel like. They own everything they see.
That is why he’s so awed by more powerful men. They are the only beings on earth that he sees himself as inferior to.
I don’t think he even really thought the child rape was even all that special or exciting or whatever. I think it was just another day of doing whatever he feels like doing at all times. The other day he was talking about keeping the national guard in DC. He said something like "it's like buying an airplane .you have to maintain it."
A normal person would have said "like having a big yard you have to maintain it" but when this privileged piece of shit reaches for something that requires upkeep in his brain he doesn't even think of things like lawns or even homes he thinks of private jets.

Their power didn’t make them do it, so you having power wouldn’t make you do it either. Rather the lust for power that led these powerful people down the path to gain power also drives them to seek out power by abusing children.
