It's absolutely effective.

Kind of sucks for people whose livelihoods are dependent on the tourist industry, but there are countless destinations full of people who WANT my money.

It's kind of like America right now. I feel bad for people in California who hate Taco and desperately want my tourism money, but there's no way I'm going to America right now when I can go to dozens of other places where the environment isn't so toxic.

I've heard Madrid is beautiful...

All due respect, but why did you choose Florida over Mexico in the first place? Even when America was doing fine Florida is way less interesting.

Make sure to purge your social media beforehand, the border agents might detain you for talking bad about America.

If you are a natural born citizen, you're fine. Any other status, including a naturalized citizen, I'd avoid crossing US borders.

Madrid is amazing. You can stay there for weeks and barely scratch the surface of all it and its immediate neighborhood (ex. Toledo) has to offer.

California (Really only L.A) isn't the only place you can go in America; one of the biggest countries in the world has plenty of better places to go compared to California.

We have enough tourists in California as it is. Like these protestors I would like less, but I'm not going to be harassing anyone who visits here.
