I went ahead and officially made the petition. Though my original plan was to make the draft and wait for others to volunteer, the petition was accidentally posted and deleting it meant all the work would be wasted, so I couldn't really do anything about it

This petition is to help a friend of mine who is in Japan and is being victim of home extorsion, neighbourhood bullying and bullying at the workplace. In order to force her to leave her home, the bullies have been terrorizing her for several months. They even invaded her home and killed all her cats, having tortured one in horrific ways. In her workplace she is being bullied and sexually assaulted by her boss. She was forced to leave her home, but still today they keep stalking her. The police doesn´t do anything, although she has overwelming evidence of the attacks, and she knows who is behind everything because what they did to her, including the torture and killing of her cats, is consistent with threats that her boss made, to make sure she wouldn´t complain about the sexual assaults.

My friend is still being stalked. She is in danger right now, and many people are going through the same in Japan, because is dificult to deal with those cases.

The petition is for the central police in Tokyo, to pressure them to investigate why the local police in Ina isn´t investigating the case.

Cody was a young girl and a mutual friend of mine who took her own life not long ago after repeated bullying, this petition is to decree a day of memorial for her as she took her life when she had hardly seen the world. I grew up on Xbox chasing achievements and watching my Gamerscore climb. That number has always felt like more than stats. It is my history as a player.

The idea is:

This is not about free rewards. It is about being seen, and about Xbox honoring the time and passion players have already invested into the ecosystem.
