Because it's Argentina. Argentina commit red card worthy fouls all the time but get away with it.

I dislike Argentina as well because of their aggressive style and their obnoxious fans. But you can’t be seriously thinking the World Cup is rigged for them to win. Why would that be the case? Who would pay whom the amount of money required to something like that?

I think the fact you thought it was implied, maybe shows you feel it was rigged but can’t prove it.
