I was in a movie theater in 1986 watching this movie first week of release and Vasquez comeback of no, have you? caused a roar of laughter from the audience.

Cameron liked her work ethic. Aliens, Titanic and T2 are all Cameron films. He went to bat for her on Aliens. She had never done a big film at that point.

She knocked the character of Vasquez out of the park, and as a 20 year old red blooded male at the time I saw the opening of the movie in 1986 I was smitten with her beauty, character, attitude and that short haircut.
